At ena Development Consultants, we are especially proud to be part of the tourism development on the emerald island of the North Aegean, Thasos. We support the implementation of the business visions of seven investors from Xanthi and Thasos in creating their own tourist accommodations on the island.
By leveraging the funding tools of the outgoing ESPA 2014-2020, and with the guidance of ena’s experienced team, these new businesses successfully secured 50% funding of their total expenses through the action “Support for the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-Sized Tourism Enterprises” under the Operational Programme “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation”, ESPA 2014-2020.

Πώς γεννήθηκε η ιδέα για το νέο εγχείρημα σας;
For years, we vacationed in Thassos. In 2008, we decided to purchase a plot of land simply as an investment. Later, seeing the rapid development of the area and the possibility of joining the ESPA program, we decided to proceed with the construction of the complex.

ena was our consultant both during the proposal submission process and throughout its implementation. Together, we faced the extensive bureaucracy of the program. The funding from ESPA, especially the advance payment we received, was crucial for the rapid realization of the investment

Bella Vista Luxury Apartments is located in an old olive grove in Skala Potamias, within the hidden paradise of Thassos, just a 10-minute walk from the sea, where the blue sea and the golden shoreline are embraced by the branches of pine trees.
It is a complex consisting of seven independent apartments completed in 2019. It combines modern style with a homely feeling. The spacious apartments, quality equipment, and modern appliances will satisfy even the most demanding guests. From the large balconies, there is a panoramic view of the blue hues of the bay and the forested mountains surrounding the hotel.

Πρόσφατα αγοράσθηκε ένα γειτονικό οικόπεδο με σκοπό την πιθανή επέκταση του συγκροτήματος και την αναβάθμιση των υπηρεσιών που προσφέρονται.
