At ena Development Consultants, we are especially proud to be part of the tourism development on the emerald island of the North Aegean, Thasos. We support the implementation of the business visions of seven investors from Xanthi and Thasos in creating their own tourist accommodations on the island.
By leveraging the funding tools of the outgoing ESPA 2014-2020, and with the guidance of ena’s experienced team, these new businesses successfully secured 50% funding of their total expenses through the action “Support for the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-Sized Tourism Enterprises” under the Operational Programme “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation”, ESPA 2014-2020.

One of the seven investors is the company S. Menexes & Co. G.P.. The Marketing Department of ena Development Consultants, as part of the creation of a new Business Story, had the pleasure and honor of visiting the tourist accommodations The 8 Keys, owned by S. Menexes & Co. G.P., and speaking with Mr. Nikos, who works there. We got a small taste of the hospitality and services they offer, which we will try to convey to you. Our many years of experience participating in major projects as furniture manufacturers (S. Menexes & Co. G.P.) in the hotel sector served as a stepping stone for this new venture in Skala Potamias, Thassos. It’s a beautiful area with the longest beach on the island and significant potential for tourism development.

ena Development Consultants undertook the full management of the funding program. With their proven experience and strong presence in the field, they supported every aspect of our investment plan. Their guidance in leveraging the best funding sources was comprehensive, and of course, the preparation of our investment plan was excellent!

The company “unlocked” the 8 “doors” of hospitality for the first time in May 2022, having created an environment that allows guests to fully relax.
